Yes , we do.
Due to COVID-19, we are only accepting custom orders by email to avoid long processing time. At the moment our wigs will only be available in a form of ready to ship collections. We encourage you to follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when the collections launch.
All orders are placed via our website. If you missed an unit during our wigs release , you can pre-order it or send us an email for custom order.
The normal processing time is 2 to 3 weeks.
For pre-orders, processing time are included in each product description.
For Ready to Ship collections, the processing time is 3 to 5 business days.
For accessories, it’s 2 to 4 days.
READY TO SHIP ORDERS After your order confirmation, processing time can take up to 3 days prior shipping.You will then receive an email with all the tracking information. Domestic in Canada 1-3 days International 5-15 days
The key to know how many bundles to purchase depends on the lenghts and density you want . As all bundles are the same weight (100grams), the longer bundles have shorter wefts, and the shorter bundles have longer wefts. We recommend the following:
- 2 bundles for lengths 12" to 14"
- 2 - 3 bundles for lengths 16" to 22" (3 bundles if you want extra volume)
- 3 - 4 bundles for lengths 24" to 28" if you like volume.
Yes! All closures and frontals are pre-plucked. And wigs are bleached and customized.
Yes ! Each Crystal unit has glueless and come with an adjustable elastic band, and combs.
Our sales are final sales. Please, be sure to choose the right size.
By custom color if you mean colors that I have already realized in the past (see my Instagram feed), then yes. I can replicate colored wig that are displayed on my Instagram feed or on my website. HOWEVER, I DO NOT REPLICATE COLORS MADE BY OTHER COLORISTS!

Use a sulfate-free and alcohol free shampoo and conditionner for your hair maintenance and let it dry with fresh air. Sleep with a satin bonnet to prevent frizz, breakage and dryness. Use a heat protectant before applying a heat source or straightening your hair.
